Headlights Flashing on my 00′ Mitsubishi Eclipse?

I would guess you have some kind of an alarm and a switch somewhere is shot.
Pretty much what Bob said. If it is still the factory security system, take it to the dealer and let them know what’s happening. If you have an aftermarket system, find a shop that works with that brand and take it there.
